Business Development Manager / Sales Support

For one of our important IT customers, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the management of our channel partners in the Spanish enterprise market. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing partners and developing new alliances to drive growth and adoption in enterprises.


  • Develop and execute channel strategies to maximize sales and product penetration in the enterprise segment.
  • Manage and optimize the partner network, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Facilitate partner training and certification to ensure in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive demand and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and execute strategies to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of revenue plans and forecasts for partners and inside sales teams.
  • Analyze channel performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and resolving issues to improve satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Proven experience in channel management and business development, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and negotiate with partners at all levels.
  • Excellent understanding of the Spanish business market and distribution channel dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on delivering results and excellence in customer service.

The main tasks will be:

  • Power Point adaptation, beautification, animation, icons, photo retouching, graphic design

The candidate must have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Adobe Suite (advanced level).

Business Analyst

For one of our main IT clients based in Madrid, we are looking for a Business Analyst Support. The person will be responsible for the processing and analysis of sales and stock data. In addition to the preparation of the necessary reports for the respective departments.


  • Prepare business prospects, drive action plans and monitor/report on progress.
  • Maintain the predefined quota distribution tools (Excel reports) and communicate them to the organization.
  • Analyze data for market trends, patterns and develop new visualizations to provide narrative insights for business excellence roles.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with market trends both past and present with week-by-week/month-by-month views to support critical business decision making.
  • Design new data models using advanced ETL methods to seamlessly automate data flows and reporting tasks in various business areas and functions.
  • Perform data profiling to identify anomalies and implement measures to counteract inconsistencies posed by disjointed information assets.
  • Coordinate with reporting teams, management and end users to improve reporting functionality and business logic applied in the above data sources.
  • Develop protocols on how to manage data complexity in a large corporate environment and account for variations in the new data models provided.


  • 3-5+ years in an analytical position
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform such as Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of data query languages including MDX/DAX/Power Query M for structured data sets is a must.
  • Additional experience in other data query languages and tools such as SQL / SSIS / R / Python for both unstructured data analysis is desirable.
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of current data protection methodologies

For one of our main clients (technology company operating in more than 170 countries around the world) we are looking for a Digital Marketing profile to assist the Marketing team in defining and building a solid digital marketing strategy.


  • Support in the implementation of joint marketing strategies, programs, events and campaigns that generate demand, increase revenue and build brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the marketing team's regular reporting on digital campaign performance.
  • Support to ensure that all partner campaigns meet brand standards across all communication channels.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming and campaign planning.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events.


  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience is required.

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational, project management, coordination and multitasking skills
